A traditional seasoning for biltong that enhances the natural meat flavour and seasons the biltong with mild coriander seeds and black pepper, Lower salt content than other biltong seasonings. Appearance of biltong: Dark dried biltong pieces with medium coating of coarse coriander.

USAGE:
APPLY 40-50g JAGTERS BILTONG SPICE PER 1KG OF MEAT STRIPS, LEAVE FOR 3 HOURS IN FRIDGE. HANG MEAT TO DRY.
